Welcome to Palmetto Counseling and Wellness, a behavioral health office located in Union, SC. We offer both in-person sessions and a secure telehealth platform to meet your needs. We are currently accepting new patients and welcome you to reach out with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

Our sessions start at just $40 per hour. While we are currently a self-pay only practice, we are actively working to accept insurance in the near future.

Please consider us if you are suffering from depression, anxiety, or stress-related disorders. We can also help if you are dealing with grief, major life changes, or coping with chronic illness.

We can also help with personal growth by promoting anger management techniques, building self-esteem and self-confidence, and developing coping skills.
